Program Director & Assistant Director

The Director and Assistant Directors are responsible for fully running the entire in-country program over four to eight weeks, depending on the country. They are in charge of guaranteeing the quality, safety, and impact of the experience to all participants, including program staff members. For these critical roles, we are looking for individuals who have extensive experience leading international programs and managing teachers. Ideally these candidates will have held management positions in academic institutions for at least five year, hold an advanced degree and also have operated international educational programming. Interested candidates should email their resume or CV to and write "Director Position" in the subject line.

Mentor

Mentors are teachers who receive gratification by guiding students through a life-changing international experience, participating with them in community service and on excursions and, most importantly, facilitating discussion and reflection sessions to draw out knowledge and values from within the students. Their major goal is to extract lessons on leadership and values, based on the student’s experiences. Mentors will facilitate discussions directly with a small group of students and occasionally lead activities with the full group of students. Mentors should be in good physical health and able to actively participate in all elements of the experience. Mentors should have had teaching experience at the secondary level and have some experience in youth leadership development. Interested candidates should email their resume or CV to and write "Mentor Position" in the subject line.

Note: We begin hiring in April for the upcoming summer.
