Tanzania
We offer two programs in Tanzania: one focused on community service and leadership; the other, on learning about Masai culture by camping in a Masai community and learning from them.

Kilimanjaro: Service, Culture & Safari (2 weeks)
Live at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro and volunteer at a local orphanage in the mornings. Afternoons will be full of cultural activities such as learning Swahili, visiting local villages, and hikes around Kilimanjaro. During the weekend, we’ll go on safari at some of the worlds greatest wildlife reserves!
Tanzania: Masai Bush Camp (1 week)
Bring a sleeping bag and camp out in the bush with the Masai people and wildlife. Meet community leaders and learn first hand about this unique culture. You’ll join the Masai in their daily activities; you’ll herd cattle, throw spears, make beads and also volunteer to fix up the local school or health clinic.
